This scheme involved Applebridge undertaking the installation of roads and sewers as well as the construction and development of 116 plots.

Their challenge:

This fast-paced Strata Homes project required the construction of 116 plots in this modern housing development.

Our solution:

Work commenced in June 2016 comprising 116 plots to DPC including all internal and external drainage. The Applebridge team installed all external finishes, including block paved road and drives and plot paving. Applebridge negotiated the project with the client as a result of the fast pace of the development (due to the location and anticipated fast-paced programme). Scope of works included:

• Install roads and sewers
• Plot works to 116 ‘Liverno’ plot types in blocks of 4, 6 and 8 in a city centre environment

The results:

This £2.3m project ran from June 2016 to September 2019, during which time the Applebridge team completed all project works to the satisfaction of the client.
