The Candidate will have:

Groundworks experience on house building schemes

Knowledge of Quality Assurance

Experience of programming

Excellent Quality Management

A strong understanding of Health & Safety policies and documentation

Exceptional time management

Good team player with a strong work ethic

SSSTS / SMSTS

Valid CSCS card

First aid (desirable
