We are so pleased to announce that 3,760 people across Teesside enjoyed hot, cooked meals, in the first week of our free-school meals initiative, in partnership with the MFC Foundation and Middlesbrough FC.

Children, families and communities across the region, were amongst those who benefited from the freshly made meals; prepped and cooked by the talented chefs at MFC's Riverside Stadium.

Applebridge were inspired by the fantastic work of footballer turned hero Marcus Rashford, who lobbied the government to provide 1.3 million free-school meals for children over the summer holidays.

Community is at the heart of the Applebridge family and by creating a successful partnership with the Middlesbrough Foundation, we can ensure that together families across Teesside feel supported.
