We are currently inviting applications for an IT Graduate to join the Applebridge Family.

 

Role Description:

Responding & resolving technical support queries

Supporting staff with day to day IT activities

Liaise with our external IT consultants, our local IT provider & assist them with projects from time to time

Problem analysis, investigation work & escalation

Keeping up to date with the latest software technology and advise the board of directors

Working as part of a team to support internal customers

 

Personal Attributes:

MCTS (Desktop Certification)

Minimum two years working with IT & applications preferably Microsoft M365 products, Windows desktop OS (desirable)

Good logical/ trouble shooting skills

Excellent Organisational skills

Proactive in regard to personal development

Good communication skills (verbal & written)
